Our new client, Annemarieke Kok, came to us to get some help with converting their Google website to another platform. Google no longer supports the site our client had put together. Given the fact that tomorrow it is business as usual in 2026, we set out on a marathon to quickly create a new platform that replaced the Google solution and of course when given the change we improved on the presenation, look-and-feel and robustness of the new site. And naturally migration of content, articles, images and videos.
We doing a new promotion for our services and solutions. We do not need to convince you of our capabilities or reliablity, having been in business for over 20 years. We do not offer a fancy platform promising you fast delivery for hardly any money - NO - that is not Atol Solutions.

Sosten rented a mini-van and Bahasi, of course, had their people accompany them to Blantyre - nearby.

After our design completion, we went with help from Akeeba to initial implementation and hardening of the package. So now we are at the end of phase I. ATS is now the acronym for Atol Solutions Ticket Sytem.
All is working great and we are able to accept tickets and able to respond with speed. We have integrated our technical, customers and sales staff to handle the requests. Also improved our communication online with Whatsap calling or chat. Handling of all tickets, assignment to either customer support and technical personnel is working great, as well as feed back to customer and the resolution of any issues. Plus we now have one libary of information of all that we do!

We have been a client of Akeeba for a long time, actually since we started. They provide great software to do site backups to local space or in the cloud. We also use Admin Tools, a great firewall to protect the sites we develop and service. For some time we have been contemplating to start a ticket system to serve our customers better, nothing elaborate but one that can do the job, keeping track of issues and responding quickly. We decided to go with them, as they are a reliable vendor and partner of Atol Solutions.
We are running an initial pilot with their Pro version, tune the system for our needs and then we go live. Yes it will be yet another chance - but we feel it is time to do so. We shall keep you informed, of course. All to serve you better...
A bit exhausted from our efforts, but with your help and support in many ways, replenished me each and every day. Been at for this for 5 weeks and tomorrow Dec 1, 2025 is the very last day for our Campaign. That, however, does not end our efforts for the orphans of Bahasi.And because I have seen with my own eyes, their circumstances, I have been knocking on your doors for an alm. Some time ago we were contacted by Anneloes Velda the owner of Body Balance Anneloes ~ Manueel Praktizijn® in Makkum Friesland. BBA provides therapeutic service like Shiatsu, Bodycushion, Acupuncture, specialized preganancy massage and sells magnesium products for your well-being. "The power of Touch" is the main focus.
The website of BBA could not be updated any longer due to outdated plugins and cost of applying new ones would be too costly. Also the owner could not have access to the domain/hosting service. So we went to remedy quickly.
We are supporters of the TREEZ project in Malawi to help them and Malawi to become a greener place again!!
We strive to protect and preserve one day at a time
Due to the increase in population and the need for woodfuel for cooking and heating, Malawi has lost 85% of its trees in the last 20 years, and as the graph shows: at current rates of population growth and deforestation, by 2025 the country will no longer have enough biomass to sustain the population.
Some time ago we were contacted by Alan Joffe, owner of the lodge on a recommendation of Malawi Travel. The website was down due to the Corona times. We tried to resolve with Godaddy, however their policy is such that in that situation the site is retained for only 1 month, despite being a long-standing customer, and so the website was lost. Thus we went on the adventure to get the Lodge back online, fast!
Together with Malawi Travel, we have decided to sponsor Bahasi and assist in the promotion of the great mission they initiated in 2004. Bahasi has a comprehensive program to not only support 105+ orphans, whose parents died of HIV/AIDS, but also to support them in their future development through education, scholarships, women empowerment and green initiatives.
Bahasi & Atol Solutions recently joined hands to upgrade their presence on the web, to spread the word and gain traction for support.
They are a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) that was established in 2004. and registered with the local government, Blantyre District Social Welfare and Blantyre City Council.
The main objective is to improve the welfare of vulnerable groups in regards to the effects of HIV/ Aids pandemic.
The NGO is serving communities with emphasis on supporting orphans, vulnerable children, elderly and chronically ill patients with financial support as well as psychological support through counselling.
