WE have started the project to migrate all Atol Solutions managed sites to Joomla 5.
Joomla 1.5, 2.5 and 3.x are no longer supported. Joomla 3.10 finished the Security Support Phase. So time to migrate to Joomla 4 & 5.

This upgrade is lots of work as software suppliers have either decided to stop Joomla Development or stopped all together. This means sites need, replacemenent of template, convert K2 publishing to native Joomla content, replace K2 modules or alter source and much more.

Dirkshorn (West Frisian: Durkshorn), home of Atol Solutions is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland and the region of West-Frisia, I was born in Bovenkarspel and have a long lineage of West Frisian since the 15th century. It is a part of the municipality of Schagen (About Schagen) and lies about 9 km north of Heerhugowaard. In 2001, the town of Dirkshorn had 1051 inhabitants and has not changed much since. The built-up area of the town was 0.31 km², and contained 434 residences.The statistical area "Dirkshorn", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1610. We totally recommend to spend some time in the West Frisian towns of Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Medemblik. Truely lovely wonderful towns, you can see there is more than Amsterdam. You will enjoy a different Holland, great past, art, architecture, history and kind folks!
