Design and Development of artist Brenda W. Mills' Website

Brenda W. Mills, artist and paintress on a variety of media (Acrylic, Pastel, Charcoal and Watercolor) and Atol Solutions have embarked on an exciting adventure to create and develop her website in her vision and taste. Her recent Honors and awards include: the Creative Catalyst Award at the Tennessee Newell-Henderson Annual Show; Honorable mention at The Oak Ridge Art Center Juried Show; Goodgall Memorial Award for Watercolor , CLWAC, New York; Award for Watercolor, Tennessee Watercolor Society National Juried Show, and inclusion in the Art and Cultural Alliance National Juried Competition.

We have embarked on a journey together in creating a special look for her wonderful artwork and we trust to create art because it is exciting and liberating.  Her work frequently tells a story and often has an element of humor in it. She attempts to engage the viewer in my “narration”. They may never understand hery intentions, but that is OK—the point is to enjoy the experience!

On the site her artwork will be available by media type and series she wants to communicate to her audience and fans. She will also use the site for announcements of her exhibitions and events, including news and interesting opinions in her blog, social media sharing  and other interesting items . Potentially we may embark on a web shop for some of her artwork that lends itself for printing on canvas or watercolor. We hope to be launching her artwork on or about July 15^th, 2014.

Our model of engagement is based on a new offering of Atol Solutions to “lease” the site for a fixed quarterly fee and which will become the property of our customers in time without any fees at that time. This is a unique offering to assist our customers for easy access to the web and with a customizable and scalable website quickly, without having to invest in the total/initial development costs.
