After our design completion, we went with help from Akeeba to initial implementation and hardening of the package. So now we are at the end of phase I. ATS is now the acronym for Atol Solutions Ticket Sytem.

All is working great and we are able to accept tickets and able to respond with speed. We have integrated our technical, customers and sales staff to handle the requests. Also improved our communication online with Whatsap calling or chat. Handling of all tickets, assignment to either customer support and technical personnel is working great, as well as feed back to customer and the resolution of any issues. Plus we now have one libary of information of all that we do!

Phase 2 consists of integration email traffic from and to clients and our software partners. And test further with some key clients who are willing this time of the year, thank you kindly as well.

While this is on the way we will work on the enablement of ad-hoc reporting to customers on a periodic basis and enable them to query the information of our helpdesk in real time.

Clearly we are on the way to making our deadline of beginning of 2026.
